HONEY LEMON GINGER "TEA".



In a jar combine slices of one lemon, and sliced ginger. 


Pour in raw or organic honey. 


Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a "jelly". 

To serve: spoon jelly into a mug and pour boiling water over it. You can store it in a fridge for 2-3 months.
