Yummy overnight breakfast on the go! So easy to make for you busy people.
And oh it's healthy too. Resep ini mengandung banyak bahan-bahan yang sehat, bahan yang kurang sehat hanya vanilla extract nya saja. Kalau kamu gak memang mau yang sehat dan untuk weight loss, sebaiknya kamu menggunakan Greek Yoghurt, almond/soy milk, dan untuk buah nya gunakan lah berries.
What do we need?
- Mason Jar or you can use small tupperware or any kinds of jar that has a lid.
- Oatmeal
- Chia Seeds
- Greek yoghurt/Fat-free yoghurt/your favorite yoghurt
- Vanilla Extract
- Lots of Fruits!
- Milk (almond/soy) or water
How to make it?
- Soak up Chia Seeds with Milk or water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix yoghurt with vanilla extract in a different bowl.
- Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of Oatmeal on to your jar.
- Add in yoghurt, soaked chia seeds.
- Close the lid, then shake it well.
- And then you want to open it again then stir in a lots lots of fruits. Oh, if you like you can add jam too.
- Close the lid and shake it well.
- If it's to thick, you can add 2 tbsp of milk or water.
- Then refrigerate it overnight.
- Enjoy :-)
Biasanya aku buat ini sebelum tidur, karena namanya "overnight" breakfast, jadi resep ini memang harus di dinginkan di kulkas selama 8 jam atau semalaman. Jadi pagi-pagi nya bisa langsung di makan, dan karena ada di dalam jar, it's breakfast on the go! Oh ya resep in memang dingin-dingin gitu makan nya hihi.
